Change can bring with it lots of different feelings, especially when it's a change we haven't sought.  As parents we can feel the urge to want to fix and repair.  Sometimes what our children need most is for us to give them space and support to voice their feelings and be there with them.  This is a tool to help your child begin to notice and express how they are feeling about changes.  It can be used for journalling or in general conversation.
