When there's lots on your mind it can be hard to see the wood for the trees. This was created to help teenagers unravel some of their worried thoughts. It's in the style of a 5 minute reflection sheet (although may take longer than that)
This can be particularly useful during times such as exam seasons when all the different pressures and worries can be overwhelming. It's some thought provoking questions which can be used in dicussion or journalling to begin to sort out those muddles thoughts and to begin to think about what may be helpful.
