When your child has something on their mind it can be difficult to sort out what is true and what is just a passing thought. This activity is a simple, but effective way to introduce them to the benefits of journalling.
They can begin to:

2. Consider how true those thoughts are and weigh them against facts and evidence.
3. Think about what they could be telling themselves instead.
